for your sins, so measure for measure, you will forgive and Hashem too will forgive you.

The Jewish people had no Yamim Tovim like Yom Kippur... because it entails forgiveness and pardon (taanis 30b)聽 Yom Kippur is a day like no other, A day where our sins are not only forgiven but also atoned for.聽 Other fasts are days of affliction, remembrance of tragic events, Yom Kippur on the other hand is a day of total cessation, a Shabbat.聽 we not only cease
from melacha like a regular shabbas聽but also are like angles that we cease from eating and drinking and bathing and anointing oils.聽 we do not do this to inflict pain on ourselves but rather to help elevate ourselves to a high and lofty level; where we can connect to Hashem in a unique manner, that we can not for the rest of the year.聽

our main work of this holy day is the Unification, called Malchus Yichud Hashem.聽 in simple terms this is Hashem's absolute and total Kingship, rulership, Hashem is the One and Only!聽聽
Knowing Hashem's unification means that Hashem is in control of everything.聽 In control of the world in general, and also of every single detail. There is nothing else besides him.聽 through the prayers of Yom Kippur, we reach high levels of yichud Hashem.聽 With each prayer, we elevate another level closer to the
unification.聽 The Neshamah and the body receive their abundance from these five prayers.聽

Kol Nidrei, Time to connect!

Wednesday 聽Night- Yom Kippur Night- Kol Nidrei Prayer
The Zohar brings down that on Yom Kippur night, during the prayer of Kol Nidrei, one can remove Ayin Hara- Evil eye, and negative decrees that were made in Shamayim- Heaven. Even the negative decrees that were promised by the Heavenly courts.
Many people find themselves getting very emotional during this prayer. The text of the prayer is not emotional at all.聽 Just the opposite it's a prayer to cancel out聽oaths and promises that we've made throughout the year.
Our souls feel the auspicious time we're in.聽 But what is so special in this prayer?
there are many things but here I will point out 2.聽
1. this is an auspicious time of the year (that only happens once a year) to do a strong Tikkun for sexual sins.聽聽This is a very important Tikkun that can make a very big difference for the state of the world.
Since the act of sexual sins defiles both man and the earth, the spiritual blemishes it causes can only be rectified through a great t鈥檚huva. (Zohar, Bereshit 61b) Unfortunately, not everyone knows that how to arouse Teshuva,聽Rabbi Elazar said,
As long as men Do what is right and do not blemish themselves with sexual sins,聽there is no nation nor language in the world that can聽harm them. On Yom Kippur, a day when we face our transgressions, we read a portion of the Torah that explicitly delineates many sexually immoral acts. here you can print for free the whole Tikkun with the kabbalistic meditations.聽聽

2. The Zohar in Parshas Pinchas explains what occurs in heaven during the Kol Nidrei prayer.
'Anyone that has a decree/promise made against them (in Shamayim), 聽due to the sins they've committed in this lifetime or a previous one. Or if there are people that are jealous of us in any way, and gave us an Ayin Hara (evil eye), that's preventing abundance to flow to us. In Kol Nidrei, we have the power to nullify the negative decrees & clear away anyone ayin hara and such things from ourselves.'
During the prayer of Kol Nidrei, focus on the one thing in life that you're lacking and want to have this year. Know that during the 3x that the prayer is said,聽Satan and other prosecuting Angel's have no power to try to stop your prayers from ascending. G-d willing we can all merit to have all the things we want this year and have an abundance of good, in all aspects of life.
